To receive your room access code, we need a photo of your passport, adhering to the following rules:
1. The photo must be fully legible.
2. Please do not obscure or retouch any information.
3. The page with your photo must be uploaded in full.
4. The page with your registration must clearly show the passport series and number.
5. Documents must be uploaded for all guests.

Norke Kazansky does not have a luggage storage facility. However, you can use the storage room at our Norke Krasnoselskaya hotel, located 15 minutes away at: Krasnoprudnaya St. 24, near Krasnoselskaya Metro Station. The storage room is on the 1st floor behind a glass door, opened remotely by the administrator upon calling the hotline. Alternatively, you can use the storage at Kazansky Station.
The hotel has a paid parking lot at a rate of 1,500 RUB per day. To enter, call the administrator at +7 925 545 74 73 and provide your full name or booking number. The administrator will remotely open the barrier. Entry is from Basmanny Lane.
We offer early check-in under the following conditions:
1. For a 100% guarantee, we recommend booking an additional night.
2. If a room becomes available earlier due to a guest’s departure, you can check in for 50% of the daily rate. Room availability can only be confirmed on the day of check-in by contacting the administrator.
We offer late check-out under the following conditions:
1. For a 100% guarantee, we recommend booking an additional night.
2. If the room is not booked on the day of departure, you can extend your stay until 18:00 for 50% of the daily rate. Availability can only be confirmed on the day of departure by contacting the administrator.
We provide the necessary closing documents as scans, via EDI, or by Russian Post. To request them, please message us on WhatsApp with the following details:
1. Which room category to specify: yours or «Standard Single Room»?
2. Include breakfast (if applicable) in the total cost or as a separate line?
3. Include early check-in and late check-out (if applicable) in the total cost or as separate lines?
4. List of required documents (default: UPD and certificate).
5. Delivery method: email/SBIS/Russian Post.
6. Delivery address if sending by Russian Post.
We partner with VkusVill, an online store for healthy food. Breakfast costs 900 RUB.

The washing machine is located in room 302 (available from 10:00 to 18:00). Self-service laundry is included in the booking cost for all guests. Notify us when you arrive, and we will inform the housekeeping staff.
Ironing boards and irons are located in the hallway on each floor. Please notify the administrator in the chat when you use them and for how long. This helps manage availability for other guests.
A baby crib is available upon request, subject to availability.
Daily wet cleaning and towel changes.
Bed linen changes every three days.
For long-term stays, cleaning is every five days.
