As part of my work, I often travel, and this was the first time I stayed in a hotel of this kind. My expectations were modest, but the experience exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
I stayed at the hotel from June 26 to July 10, 2025, and I did not have any complaints during my stay. Everything was organized in such a way that I felt comfortable, relaxed, and confident from the first day to the last.
Contactless check-in is incredibly convenient. A day before my arrival, I uploaded my documents and immediately received the entrance code and room number. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Despite the absence of an administrator, all issues were resolved promptly and politely.
I would like to highlight the staff’s warm and welcoming attitude towards their guests. This is evident in every aspect of the hotel, making it a place I would love to return to.
The room is cozy, clean, with fresh bed linen and a pleasant smell of cleanliness. The bathroom is perfectly cleaned, and soap supplies are provided.
The kitchen area is particularly convenient, with a small stove, refrigerator, dishes, frying pans, pots, cups, cutlery, and an electric kettle, all of which are clean and in excellent condition. You can easily prepare both breakfast and dinner.
The smart speaker «Alice» was a real bonus, as we could play music and check the weather forecast, creating a homey atmosphere.
During my stay, I had to move from a triple room to a double room, and it was very easy. The double room was just as comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. The staff’s work was top-notch. Everything was done discreetly but timely, including cleaning, trash removal, and linen changes. The room was spotlessly clean, with no traces of dust.
Most importantly, the quality is stable throughout the entire stay.
The hotel environment is very calm and quiet — you can’t hear the neighbors, you can work or relax peacefully. Additional amenities and infrastructure are a huge plus:
• In the building — Pyaterochka, where you can buy everything you need;
• The subway is 5-7 minutes away;
• The area is green, quiet, pleasant for walking;
• A hairdresser opposite, if you need to quickly put yourself in order;
• On the third floor — an iron and an ironing board;
• In the lobby, there is a hot and cold water cooler, a breakfast vending machine, and a coffee machine where you can make delicious coffee at any time.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel does not have an elevator. If you have foot problems or elderly relatives, it may be more comfortable to stay on the lower floors. My mother and I chose to stay on the lower floors, and it turned out to be a convenient solution.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the people who contribute to creating a comfortable stay for guests, from the staff who clean the hotel to those who organize this excellent service. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

We really liked the hotel. It is located in a quiet, peaceful place within walking distance from the metro (3-5 minutes). I booked a hotel room for three nights in September 2023. A friendly receptionist met me at the reception. The room was very cozy and comfortable. Everything necessary for living has been thought out to the smallest detail: in the kitchen corner there is a microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, cutlery, dishes, a mini stove with a saucepan (convenient for cooking), there was even a dishwashing detergent, a sponge and a napkin. The first time I booked an apartment, I was worried that something might not suit, it would be somehow wrong. But from the first step into the hotel, I realized that this is a wonderful place. At the reception, I was met by the administrator, with whom we discussed all the issues that concern me, sorted out the armor of the room. Directly in the room there is everything you need for living — a beautiful and soft bed, a TV for those who like to watch TV channels, tables and chairs for the workplace, as well as for eating, there are lockers so that you can put your things there, a refrigerator, a kettle, a microwave, cutlery and dishes. The shower has a mirror, towels for two persons, a separate towel for feet, soap, shampoo. The only flaw I found was a small threshold at the entrance to the shower, you need to be careful, otherwise you can get caught and fall (I don’t know how in the other rooms, but in mine it is available, I almost fell a couple of times). Otherwise, it is an ideal place to stay for a few nights, much more convenient and cheaper than full-fledged rooms in hotels and hotels. I will remember «Norke on Varshavskaya» and administrator Svetlana as the most wonderful thing during my short visit to Moscow. If necessary, I will come here with an overnight stay — I will not hesitate to come to this hotel. I definitely recommend everyone to visit!

Our choice fell on Norke on Varshavskaya, because we liked the design and location, plus there were excellent reviews!
All items met expectations!
We lived on the 5th floor in the 4th suite. The kids are delighted with the room, did not want to leave and made us a solemn promise to come here again))).
Therefore, on Christmas 2023 we will come to visit Norke again!
The room is very clean, cozy, modern furniture, has everything you need. It is very convenient that there is a kitchenette, a refrigerator! And I was pleased with the presence of a store in the building!
The location turned out to be very convenient for us, we easily got to the subway to go to the circus on Tsvetnoy Boulevard or Red Square! By car it is only 15 minutes to the amusement park «Island of Dreams» and 25 minutes to the water park «Luzhniki» (we had a family and children’s program).

Very nice hotel — clean, cozy, convenient location. Komsomolskaya metro station is located nearby on the square of 3 railway stations. Despite the fact that the hotel is located near the Kazan railway station, the room is very quiet.
We specially chose a room with a kitchen. All necessary utensils are available. There is a noiseless refrigerator, a microwave and a small stove. We arrived on time ahead of the check-in time, but our things could be left at the hotel, too, and at check-out. We handed over the room, went for a walk, and returned for our things just before the train left.

We are coming for the second time. The first one with a teenage daughter in the winter of 2024.
The second time with my parents. We ordered two rooms. The receptionist wrote before check-in that the rooms are at different stages. Back on the train, I asked the receptionist to pick up rooms for us on the same floor. And, if possible, check us in early, since the train arrived at 10.30.
In an hour, the administrator solved all the problems. We were provided with rooms 209 and 211 (on the second floor). And they wrote that we can check in from 11 o’clock, instead of 14.00.
It was just wonderful news that right from the train you could immediately check into the rooms and relax. thank you!!!!!

I booked the Arbat apartment for 8 nights but due to some unpredictable cumsustamses I was forced to move to Tverskaya apartments, which is I would say a pretty good location.
The staff was good and the rooms clean and cozy. Smaller than the apartment but that was the only solution for the situation accured at that time.
Overall my stay was good and the inconveniences were solved in a right manner by the owner directly.
