I booked a hotel room for three nights in September 2023. A friendly receptionist met me at the reception. The room was very cozy and comfortable. Everything necessary for living has been thought out to the smallest detail: in the kitchen corner there is a microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, cutlery, dishes, a mini stove with a saucepan (convenient for cooking), there was even a dishwashing detergent, a sponge and a napkin. A soft double bed, air conditioning, a widescreen TV, a table and two chairs. There are lockers for things. In the shower there is a mirror, towels for two persons, a separate foot towel, soap, shower gel. The room has good sound insulation, it was quiet and peaceful. The hotel is a five-minute walk from the metro. Near the Pyaterochka store, laundry and pharmacy. The price for accommodation is affordable. I recommend the hotel to visit!

The first time I booked an apartment, I was worried that something might not suit, it would be somehow wrong. But from the first step into the hotel, I realized that this is a wonderful place. At the reception, I was met by the administrator, with whom we discussed all the issues that concern me, sorted out the armor of the room. Directly in the room there is everything you need for living — a beautiful and soft bed, a TV for those who like to watch TV channels, tables and chairs for the workplace, as well as for eating, there are lockers so that you can put your things there, a refrigerator, a kettle, a microwave, cutlery and dishes. The shower has a mirror, towels for two persons, a separate towel for feet, soap, shampoo. The only flaw I found was a small threshold at the entrance to the shower, you need to be careful, otherwise you can get caught and fall (I don’t know how in the other rooms, but in mine it is available, I almost fell a couple of times). Otherwise, it is an ideal place to stay for a few nights, much more convenient and cheaper than full-fledged rooms in hotels and hotels. I will remember «Norke on Varshavskaya» and administrator Svetlana as the most wonderful thing during my short visit to Moscow. If necessary, I will come here with an overnight stay — I will not hesitate to come to this hotel. I definitely recommend everyone to visit!

We were a family (2 adults +2 children) at the hotel in the summer of 2022!
Our choice fell on Norke on Varshavskaya, because we liked the design and location, plus there were excellent reviews!
All items met expectations!
We lived on the 5th floor in the 4th suite. The kids are delighted with the room, did not want to leave and made us a solemn promise to come here again))).
Therefore, on Christmas 2023 we will come to visit Norke again!
The room is very clean, cozy, modern furniture, has everything you need. It is very convenient that there is a kitchenette, a refrigerator! And I was pleased with the presence of a store in the building!
The location turned out to be very convenient for us, we easily got to the subway to go to the circus on Tsvetnoy Boulevard or Red Square! By car it is only 15 minutes to the amusement park «Island of Dreams» and 25 minutes to the water park «Luzhniki» (we had a family and children’s program).
We recommend this hotel boldly! Friends after us in the summer also went to the next room and also returned satisfied!!! Thanks to the administration for their professionalism

The online check-in was pleasant, you just enter codes everywhere, it is very convenient if you are not vacationing with one family or several adults, then everyone gets into the room separately using passwords, you do not need to hand over the keys. They respond to WhatsApp instantly, there are round-the-clock support bodies if something happens. It is very convenient that there is a luggage compartment, you can leave things before and after check-in / check-out, you have a whole day to walk around Moscow before the train and do not need to carry luggage with you. I got into a big scam; I really wanted to break into Moscow one day, and there were no normal options for the price-quality ratio in the center. The incompleteness did not spoil the impression in any way. The location overlaps everything. Yes, and I am one of those people who come to the hotel closer to midnight — just to sleep, and then at 8 – 9 in the morning they are blown up and come back again closer to midnight. I would like to note the very polite staff, promptly solved all my requests, even nailed the hanger. In general, the place is 10/10 in its segment.

Stayed with my wife and child in a deluxe studio room for a week. At first, we booked a regular studio, but when the administrator found out that we would be with a child, they offered to upgrade the room to Deluxe for free. I liked everything, the room has everything you need. Excellent location in the city center, my wife went for a walk in the center of Moscow with a child. The rooms are clean and cozy, the administrators are going to a meeting.

We rested for 2 nights. For an economy class room, the conditions are very decent. Thanks to the manager Natalia for her help in booking, accompanying our stay through communication via messenger, concern for our convenience. The room is clean and tidy, a few comments on the decoration (for example, the wall skirting board does not close the gaps to the laminate, dream of laminate from moisture ingress through the window in the attic. I also note that the blanket was as wide as a mattress, so it is impossible to cover up completely. And also the TV channels didn’t work, only YouTube got in the way, but it’s not critical.

Very polite staff, everything is very cozy, thought out: a room, a toilet with a shower (with accessories and a hairdryer), location near the metro, cleaning every day (we were a week), always quiet and there is definitely somewhere to walk. Everything is great.
The only thing, but it’s not to the hotel, when we went to the navigator for the first time, an Internet jammer was working somewhere and we were «thrown out of the radius», we were already oriented at the address, at home. I highly recommend it to everyone!!!

BUT, the access code was sent with an error, the contact round-the-clock phone never answers, the sent password from Wi-Fi turned out to be useless, because it simply does not exist. There is absolutely nowhere to hang a jacket and put clothes in the room, just one chair. It is required to debug the check-in procedure and retrofit the room.
